Available in various working widths (from 1.25 to 2.05 meters), the REMAC turners are equipped with counter-rotating flanges with 4 hoes to helical pattern. For effective mixing and obtaining a good fibre removal of straw, the working parts are situated closer in the ratio of 20 hoes/meter. |

The side transmission of motor to rotor is secured by a chain in oil bath.
At backside mounted a ''rake'' for equalize the mixed material and improve to minimize wet fraction. For to ensure maximum operational security, the shaft is equipped with overload clutch and to avoid contact with poultries, two lockable protection tools are mounted sideways.
The depth adjustment up to a maximum of 15/20 cm is made by two side sleds, for preventing the hoes from accidentally make contact with the floor and causing serious damages.
The speed of progress depends on the type of material, on the compactness of the surface crust and the depth of work, but on average is about 3 / 4 km / h. |
